2. What is the discussion form used for mostly?

Mostly, discussion forum is as an online family, friends or community discussion site that is used for keeping in touch or sharing idea, files or links. It can is be used for a wide range of purposes. Discussion forums are being used not only from personal usage, but by charities, schools and business.

3. What is the price?

First 100 megabytes is a free. Then a fee per month for every 100 megabytes after that, see point 4 below. There is a limit on data upload, that you will unlikely exceed, see point 5. below.

4. What about using more than 100 Mega bytes space?

For over 100 mega bytes of total disk space you pay a rate of $10.00 per month for every 100 mega bytes disk space allotement. That's the cheapest hosting rates you'll find for a premium service with no advertising.

5. Is there a data usage cap?

There is no charge for uploading data to your site of the first 100 megabytes. If you upload/download a data amount over 100 megabytes each month, you will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per 100 megabyte allotements.

6. Do I get my own 'site link'?

Your default site link will be http:/yoursitename.discussforum.org/. Where 'yoursitename' is what you registered.

7. I have forgot my password?

Just email support at support@dominoeasy.com with your email details and your registration. We'll reset your password for you and notify you back.

8. What is "Your session has timed out" ?

After you login, your session is timed. If there is no activity for 20 minutes, then your session is terminated and you are prompted with a choice to re-logon or view in standard mode.

9. What if I keep getting "Your session has timed out, after initial login"?

You should not receive this message after initial login. Press F5 or refresh to clear this message. This problem may be related to your browser settings. You need to ensure that you are retrieving fresh pages from the server, rather then stored pages with have already been download to your computer. (In IE - Tools - Options - On the general tab - select settings - check your are not using "never retrieve", should be always retrieve or automatic ).

10. What if I don't want the discussion forum site after registration?

Just email us at support@dominoeasy.com. We'll remove your site. No hassles. (However, if you would be kind enough to provide any feedback, that would be appreciated).

11. I uploaded a picture but it doesn't display?

Upload any GIF or JPG images. Check the file name to ensure it does NOT have '#' character, or any spaces.

12. My site is not listed under FIND DISCUSSION SITE?

Only sites listed for 'public display' on registration will be listed under "Find a public site". If you did not select this option on registration and now what this displayed here, then email support@dominoeasy.com with your request.

14. What about reliability, you know backups, up time and stuff?

Your site is always online, except for scheduled maintenance reboot (off for 3 minutes per week). We run on application platform clustering with redundant and fail over hardware. That means, if a hard drive fails, then another one takes over. And all discussforum.org site are backed up offsite. We don't provide the ability to restore from archive backups. Therefore, if you delete pictures from your site, then we cannot recover them later. We cannot guarantee uptime for items not under our control, e.g., internet links or systems between us and you.

15. My business wants to use a discussion site as a internal discussion room.
