Discussion Forum Conditions and Terms of Use
DiscussionForm.org runs a web hosting application service operated by yarra Technologies Pty Ltd that you can share ideas, chat and upload files on the internet with no limit.
FREE SETUP
From the date of your sign up you may registrar and use 1 discussion forum web site for personal or business usage, Free for the first 100MB. If you use or upload more than 100 Megabyte space you shall be charged the data usage fee.
FEES - Australian Users
After exist 100MB usage your agree to pay monthly hosting and usage fee for your discussion forum site at:
For over 100 mega bytes of total disk space you agree to a usage fee of:
$10.00 per month for every 100 mega bytes disk space allotement.
The amount of server upload and download data you are allowed is 100 mega bytes. For server upload and download data amount over this amount you agree to a usage fee of:
$10 per 100 mega byte usage.
Please note that a discussion forum site application begins with a space usage of 2,816 Kilobytes, leaving 99.9 Megabytes for pictures and text, at around 50K per pictures that's still well over 1000 but less than 1800 pictures.
For example you have 100 Mega bytes storage for free and 100 Mega Bytes upload/download to the server. Over 100 Mega bytes storage will be charged $10.00 per 100 Megabyte allotements, and over 100 Mega Bytes data upload/download to the server will be charged at $0.50 per 1 megabyte allotements.
FEES - Non-Australian Users
Fees for non-Australian residents fees are calculated on the same basis as above except in US$ amounts they are:
First 100 megabytes free then US$4.00 for each 100 megabytes used per month and upload/download amount equal to 100 megabytes then US$4.00 per 100 megabytes uploaded/download.
BILLING
You will be billed via email automatically each month. Your billed should be settled within 2 weeks. You will be billed in annual allotments. (GST will be included on the bill for Australian residents).
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the discussion forum Services, you agree that you will not use the discussion forum Services for any purpose that is unlawful, according to Australia regulations, or contrary to these Terms of Use. You also may not use the discussion forum services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the discussion forum services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of them. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any discussion forum account, computer systems or networks associated with the discussion forum services. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the discussion forum services.
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
You may only use the discussion forum usage for personal and noncommercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services that are part of the discussion forum Services except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use.
PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are required to have a discussion forum account to use the discussion forum services. To set up an account, you must provide information about yourself and update this information as necessary in order to keep it current. Yarra Technologies agrees that it will only use your personal information in accordance with the terms of the our Privacy Statement, which is located at http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify discussion forum immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorised person using your account or your password.
LINKS TO AND FROM THIRD-PARTY SITES
The web pages that are part of the discussion forum Services may contain links to or from other web sites ("Linked Sites"). DiscussForum.org is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.
SOFTWARE AND CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE PHOTOSNAPS SERVICES
All content and software (if any) that is made available to view and/or download from the Web pages that are part of the discussion forum services ("Software") is owned by, or licensed by discussion forum and is the copyrighted work of discussion forum and/or its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the this terms of usage. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law.
